Dear Colleagues: The Third A3 Metamaterials Forum will be held on August 12-15, 2018 at POSTECH (Pohang University of Science and Technology), Pohang, South Korea. We invited international key opinion leaders to share their insights on the most critical issues in the metamaterial technology. Asian metamaterials research groups have been active in the research of metamaterial areas and will share their current research progress mutually exploring any possible international collaboration. We were fortunate enough for many famous speakers to accept our invitation to this event. We would like to express thanks to the members of the Organizing Committee, the staff of POSTECH.
